The Problem

With SunBum’s Amazon store leading the way, they were due up for a major overhaul to help capitalize on consumers’ growing demand for self-care products. From a lack of strategy and structure to inconsistent product tagging to an abundance of lifestyle-only imagery, we were excited to work closely with one of our beloved brands to take their brand and A+ Store to the next level.

The Approach

Looking to revitalize their Amazon store, SunBum sought a creative agency that emphasized strategy and analytics with a strong web background to reimagine their Amazon storefront. We leaned into our data-back innovative methodology to reshape how users flow through their Amazon store by heavily emphasizing analysis, insight, and CRO. After diving into the brand and conducting numerous strategy meetings, it became evident that SunBum’s unique value proposition points to all things “Care.” Their vision states, “it’s simple we care about the planet. We care about the animals. We care about our families”. Hence, we positioned their store to be consistent with their brand ethos and creatively challenged all facets of the design, mixed media, and user flow to experience the power of SunBum’s “Care.”
