The Problem
In 2002, Croc’s introduced the world to one of the most unique brands anyone had ever seen: they were different and on a mission to do things differently. Today, this brand is one of the most popular globally, and its growth is skyrocketing. From celebrity ambassadors such as Justin Bieber and Post Malone to high fashion partnerships – Balenciaga and Salehe Bembury – to brilliant co-brands such as Disney, Star Wars, and Hidden Valley Ranch, the Crocs brand is unstoppable. As their success continues, we were excited to keep the momentum rolling as a creative partner.
The Approach
Diving into our partnership, they sought an agile, light, and hyper-creative team to strategically launch new products to keep up with their growing nationwide and global expansion plans. Working closely with various departments at Crocs, we were excited to bring together our team to accomplish their brand & marketing goals at an agile, fast-paced, and high-quality level – ready for any campaign.
Cozzzy Sandals

Meet the cozzziest sandal ever. The new Classic Cozzzy Sandal features a soft, fuzzy liner, style-forward heightened outsoles, and two upper straps – to wear anywhere – from sunrise to sundown. We were tasked to launch their new sandal into the marketplace for this campaign. We leaned on San Diego’s staple pristine beaches, its gritty and cultural East Village neighborhood, and its high-end downtown to showcase the Cozzzy sandals’ dynamic range – showing that you can be cozzzy anywhere.

It’s time to rethink Frequently Asked Questions videos. So instead of plain text on a website, we took a storytelling approach to answer Croc’s five most asked questions globally. The story begins with your not-so-standard customer service representative. Each video starts with a ring from one of our unique retro crocs phones, and viewers get transported into a color-themed universe of its own, where our representative will walk you through every question you may have. Welcome to the future of customer service.

Some of our favorite childhood Halloween memories revolve around the classic Disney movie Hocus Pocus. In the production of this promo, we cut no corners From a cauldron filled with smoke to a room full of creepy candles to three witches flying, we created a storyline that mirrored similar scenes from the classic movie. In partnership with Disney, we created spooky, dark, and magical scenes just in time to launch for Halloween. And with one final stir of the cauldron… the Disney Hocus Pocus Crocs are here.

As Croc’s product line expands, we created a mixture of unique, engaging, and media-rich creative product photography highlighting the relationship between the classic clog Crocs and their new sandals. From color backdrops to desert-inspired props, we produced a handful of diverse assets for their digital marketing team to effectively A/B test for their campaigns. Together, with our friend Jason, we were excited about what we were able to create for the Croc’s brand as they grow their different shoe lines.

With Croc’s new shoe “Desert Trip”, we leaned into a unique yet highly relevant experience – one full of adventure, exploration, and road-tripping with your best friends. From renting an old school van to heading to a groovy AirBnb to hiking in Joshua Tree, we brought our equipment, bought disposable cameras, and geared up for an unforgettable trip.
