How To: Optimize your Brain Power

We all have those days where you wake up but your brain stays asleep for the rest of the day. And you just can’t seem to figure out how to get in the zone so you can focus on your daily tasks. Whether you work from home or in an office or maybe you’re a student, a stay-at-home parent or a driven entrepreneur, we all need our brains to be functioning at 100% each day.

 

As you may or may not know, it’s extremely important to feed and take care of your brain as much as it is to take care of your body. HAVE A CLEAN SPACE

As our designer, Andrew, says: “Cluttered space, cluttered mind.” This is probably one of the most important things to remember. Whether you work from home or not, it’s extremely important to have a clean and organized space.
