Adding More ADDYs to Our Shelf!

The San Diego American Advertising Awards is a big deal in the advertising world. Sponsored by the American Advertising Federation, it’s all about celebrating the best creative work in the country. It’s super competitive, bringing in 30,000 entries each year. Gold winners get the chance to move up through local, district, and national levels, making it a huge opportunity for recognition in the industry. We were stoked to bring home medals gold, silver, and bronze. 

Last year, we set aside time to put our expertise into our very own brand. It was phenomenal to earn a gold medal for those efforts! We invested some time into revamping the Movetic website. It was a huge win to be able to take it into the powerful platforms of React & Next JS to match the magic of what we’ve been able to create for many clients. To put it simply, this combo makes websites look great and perform even better. Take a peak.

We’re excited to bring home a silver for the Hurley Auctions website. Last year, we were honored this team trusted us to revamp their 30-year-old brand. We engaged in a full-fledged rebranding project to create a new brand identity to catapult them into the next era of their business. One major output of that was a unique, headless website. Our designers and developers worked together to craft an interactive platform that dynamically showcases the brand’s revitalized narrative and conveys vital details about the various types of land they specialize in. We engineered a seamless user experience, enabling visitors to explore open auctions, recent successful sales, and other pertinent information effortlessly. Take a look.

It was incredible to earn a bronze award for our photos for Will Perform, as it was our very own, Annette’s, debut Movetic shoot as a lead photographer. We got to collaborate with the WILL PERFORM team on one one of the inaugural photoshoots for the new brand. We ventured to three spots in Encinitas, exploring various angles to capture imagery that speaks to a global audience. Scope the shots that earned us an ADDY!
